FlyMeld is the innovation and digital solutions division of Almusafir Holidays Travel & Tourism, and is responsible for data submitted through this website.

We also store the request date and type, and limited technical data to protect the forms from automated spam, such as a one-way hash of your IP address that cannot be reversed.

We use your data only to respond to and follow up on your request: reviewing your interest in joining, learning about your project and exploring collaboration, or answering your message. We do not sell your data, do not use it for marketing without separate consent, and do not publish submitted project names or ideas.
How we store it
Requests and files are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and only authorized team members can access them. We rely on technical service providers to host the website and send email notifications, only as needed to run the service.
Retention
We keep a request while it is being followed up, then for a reasonable period needed for communication or legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
